Все думал, как использование Signal федералами согласуется с Federal Records Act (FRA), согласно которому переписку надо сохранять.
Оказалось, что пользуются не оригинальной версией Signal, а специальным клоном, сделанным израильской TeleMessage.
И вот, это дело ломанули.
